Conferences, gala dinners, award ceremonies, product launches, networking events, away days, team lunches, Christmas parties and training days. We host everything from executive meetings for 25 guests to large-scale events for up to 5,000.

What capacities do you have?

Our suites range from intimate boardroom-style settings for 25 guests up to 5,000 for a full venue hire. We’ll recommend the right space once we know your guest count and event format.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes. Our kitchen accommodates a full range of dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergen-specific menus. Just let us know your requirements when you enquire and our team will build a menu around them.

What food and drink packages do you offer for corporate events?

We offer bespoke corporate menus including arrival refreshments, working lunches, buffet packages, sit-down dinners and drinks receptions. All catering is freshly prepared on site by our award-winning kitchen team. We’ll tailor a package to your event type and budget.

What is included in the venue hire?

All suite hires include tables, chairs, linen, crockery, cutlery, full AV and lighting equipment, a dedicated event manager, full staffing and security, and access to our 500-space complimentary car park.

What AV and technology is available?

Every suite comes with professional lighting, microphones, screens and sound systems as standard. High-speed WiFi is available across the venue — ideal for presentations, live streaming and hybrid events.

Can you support hybrid or livestreamed events?

Yes. Our AV infrastructure supports hybrid formats with live streaming capability. Speak to our events team about your specific setup requirements.

Can we brand the space?

Yes. We welcome bespoke branding across the venue including lighting, screens, backdrops, banners and signage. We also have the ability to light the exterior of The Pyramid building, which creates a striking visual for product launches and high-profile events.

Do you offer dry hire?

Yes. Dry hire is available for clients who wish to bring their own caterers and suppliers. All AV and lighting installed in the suite is included as standard with dry hire.

Do you have a preferred supplier list?

Yes. We work with a curated list of trusted local suppliers covering floral décor, stage design, photography, videography and entertainment. We’re happy to share recommendations or work alongside your own chosen suppliers.

Is parking available?

Yes. We have a complimentary 500-space car park plus 10 accessible spaces, all on site. No parking fees for your guests.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. Royal Nawaab Pyramid is fully accessible with step-free access throughout. Please let us know of any specific requirements and we will make sure everything is in place.

What time can events run until?

Events can run until midnight, with the option to extend subject to availability and prior agreement.

Can we hold a daytime and evening event on the same day?

Yes. Our suites can accommodate separate daytime and evening sessions booked independently, which works well for conferences followed by a gala dinner on the same date.

Can we arrange a viewing before we book?

What does the booking process look like?

Enquire via our online form or call us directly. We’ll arrange a venue tour, discuss your requirements and put together a tailored proposal. Once you’re happy to proceed, we confirm with a deposit and assign you a dedicated event manager from that point.
