FAQ's
Do you offer dry hire?
Yes. Our suites are available on a dry hire basis, giving agencies, event planners and businesses full creative control. You are welcome to bring your own production, styling and suppliers, or work with our trusted recommended partners.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
There is no minimum guest number for dry hire. For delegate or catering packages, the minimum is 25 guests.
Do you provide alcohol?
Yes. We offer alcohol for corporate and private events, with multiple in-built bars across the venue. Drinks packages and bespoke bar options are available.
Do you allow corkage?
Yes, corkage is permitted by prior agreement. Corkage fees apply and can be discussed during the planning stage.
Do you offer catering?
Yes. Catering can be provided by our award-winning in-house culinary team. We create bespoke menus for all event styles and cuisines from our international menus. All catering is 100 percent halal.
Is WiFi available throughout the venue?
Yes. High-speed WiFi is available in all event suites.
Is AV included with dry hire?
Our suites feature integrated in-house AV. Additional production or bespoke AV solutions can be arranged through our trusted suppliers or provided by the client, subject to appropriate insurance.
Can we brand the space?
Is parking available on site?
Yes. We offer a private on-site car park with over 500 spaces, included with all events.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The Pyramid is fully accessible, with step-free access, lifts and accessible facilities throughout.
Do you allow fireworks?
