Due to the nature of our open buffet concept featuring over 120 freshly prepared dishes served across shared buffet stations, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee any dish is completely free from allergens or suitable for specific intolerances.
The extensive variety of ingredients and unavoidable risk of cross-contamination within the buffet environment means we cannot safely cater for allergy related dietary requirements.
