October 26, 2016

Here at Nawaab, we provide a range of delicious Indian meals and pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. The friendly, relaxed atmosphere apparent throughout both of our fantastic restaurants is incomparable as they continue to flourish and grow into extremely successful businesses. All in all, we have plenty to celebrate at Nawaab already, and so we feel truly humbled that we now have another reason to jump for joy.

We are delighted to announce that the Chairman of the Nawaab Group, Mr Mahboob Hussain, has just received the Lifetime Achievement Award at this year’s Asian Curry Awards. Hosted by famous TV presenter Kate Silverton at the Crowne Plaza, London Ealing, the awards are a prestigious celebration of the absolute best in Asian cooking, and so Mr Hussain’s achievement is certainly a reason to celebrate!

The Asian Curry Awards are judged by some of the leading experts in the field of Indian cuisine, such as Pat Chapman, Bill Poon, George Shaw and Emily Knight, as well as a host of other industry specialists that reward only the very best in Indian cooking. The awards were founded to recognise the success and achievements of those involved in the world of Indian cuisine, and also look back at the work done by those who have been involved for a lifetime.

Mr Hussain’s award recognises his dedication, hard work and expertise when it comes to the running of our Nawaab restaurants, and the achievement is certainly well-deserved. The awards celebrate and honour those that have a passion and flair for Indian cuisine, and our beloved chairman certainly falls within that category.

We couldn’t be happier with this award, and we once again would like to reiterate our congratulations to Mr Hussain and we are sure that many more awards will follow in the future!

At Nawaab, we offer the highest quality of food in our Indian restaurant in London, and we invite you to come along to see for yourself why our chairman has been recognised for his outstanding contribution to Indian cuisine!
