Things to do in London

March 9, 2017

London may not be known as the city where dreams come true like New York, but it sure has an exciting history and several unique tourist spots that will definitely form a trip to remember. Here at Nawaab, we want tourists and locals alike to have a great time when they visit the city, which is why we have put together a list of the top things to do in London…

  1. Sightseeing is the perfect way to capture the beautiful architecture of the city. From the well-known tourist locations such as Big Ben, The Houses of Parliaments and Buckingham Palace to the free museums situated within range of the underground; if you’re armed with an oyster card, there’s no attraction too far away. Or hop on an a classic open top London bus!
  1. If you’re one for haunted houses then the London Dungeon could be just what you are looking for. This hi-tech tourist attraction uses live actors and special effects to simultaneously scare guests and teach them about the long history of London. From the Great Fire of London to the Plague, you’ll learn a lot about the great city… if you live to tell the story!
  1. A relatively new addition to London is the Sky Garden. This classy attraction is a 155 metres high building which offers views across the city for miles. The best part is that it is completely free to visit so long as you book your one hour slot in advance. The restaurant attached is rather pricey but there is a bar!
  1. Come visit Nawaab! Located not far from the Wembley Stadium, our restaurant offers the best of the best when it comes to authentic Indian and Pakistani food. In fact, there’s no better way end a trip than with a meal at Royal Nawaab!

Here at Nawaab, we like to think we are the best Indian restaurant London has to offer but we would love to see what you think! Come on down and let us know!
